Balletfit with Claire
Balletfit a group-based exercise programme, based on classical ballet, yoga and mat pilates. Classes are suitable for ages 16+ and for all levels of fitness.
A Balletfit class involves:
Ballet-barre: exercises to strengthn, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance and core strength
Cardio-ballet: low impact exercises and routines to increase the heart rate and to burn fat
Floor-ballet: a range of floor exercises to target the abdonminals; upper body and lower body
Regular participation in Balletfit classes, combined with a healthy and balanced diet, can help to achieve:
-Weight loss and reduced body fat
-Greater muscle strength and tone
-A stronger core
-Increased stamina, energy and endurance
-Increased mobility and flexibility
-Improved alignment, posture and balance
-Improved rhythm and coordination
What you will need you bring with you:
-Socks/bare feet or ballet shoes
-Towel or Yoga/Gym Mat
